Setting Page Conditions
Manage Page Actions
Overview
After creating and publishing a page, you can manage it using the available Page Actions. These tools allow you to control page defaults, regions, translations, visibility rules, and publishing status.
Access Page Actions
- Go to Mobile Menu
- Select Pages
- Locate your published page
- Use the available action buttons
Page Settings
Set as Default Page
Under Settings, you can:
- Set the page as the Default Home Page
- Set the page as the Default Welcome Page
Assign Pages to Specific Regions
If your app supports multiple regions:
- Allocate a page to specific markets (e.g., U.S. or U.K.)
- Create region-specific versions of the same page
- Ensure each version connects to the correct product catalog
Important: If you create multiple regional versions of a Home page, the slug must be identical across versions.
You can verify this in the Slug column in the Pages list.
You can quickly duplicate pages using the Copy option.
Edit Page
Click Edit to return to the drag-and-drop editor and make changes to layout or content.
Manage Translations
If your app supports multiple languages:
- Click Translations
- Select a language from the left panel
- Review the page content in that language
You can override any translation if needed.
Languages are managed under:
- Mobile Menu → Languages
Conditions and Scheduling
The Conditions option allows you to control when and for whom blocks appear on a page.
Schedule Blocks
Use scheduling to:
- Run limited-time promotions
- Automatically show or hide content during specific date ranges
- Avoid manually removing content after a sale ends
Apply Visibility Rules
You can set conditions based on:
User-Based Rules
- Name
- Company
Authentication Rules
- Show blocks only to logged-in users
- Show blocks only to logged-out users
Personalization works well here — for example, using a first-name field when a user is logged in.
API-Based Rules
Display content dynamically based on external data.
Example:
- Show a weather widget only to users located in Manchester.
These tools help create a more personalized and automated experience.
Unpublish a Page
Click Unpublish to remove the page from the live app.
Before unpublishing, ensure no other pages are linking to it to prevent broken navigation.
Delete a Page
Click Delete to permanently remove the page.
This action cannot be undone. Deleted pages cannot be recovered.
Best Practices
- Keep slugs consistent for regional page versions.
- Test scheduling and visibility rules before publishing.
- Use conditional logic to automate promotions.
- Review links
