Files Library Overview

The Files Library is your centralized media hub. It stores all media content available within your app, including:

• Images
• Videos
• GIFs
• Audio files
• Documents

Any media added to your app will live in the Files Library.

How to Access the Files Library

1. Navigate to the Marketing menu
2. Select Files Library

Import Files from Shopify

At the top of the Files Library, you’ll see an option to Import from Shopify.

When importing:

• You can select all available files
• Or choose specific files to import
• Use the search bar to locate files by name or keyword

This allows you to quickly sync your existing Shopify media into the app.

Design by Dave (AI-Powered Media Creation)

You can also generate media using Design by Dave, our AI-powered creative tool.

To use:

1. Select Design by Dave
2. Enter a prompt describing what you'd like to create
3. Dave will generate the media asset for you

Examples:

• Homepage banner
• Product showcase image
• Social media post for a new collection
• Promotional graphics

This is a fast way to create high-quality visuals without leaving the platform.

Upload Files Directly

You can upload media directly into the Files Library.

Supported file types include:

• Images
• Video
• Audio
• Documents

Search & Filter Files

At the top of the Files Library, you can:

• Search files by keyword or name
• Filter by file type (image, video, audio, document)
• Filter by source:
  • Uploaded manually
  • Imported from Shopify
  • Generated by Dave

This makes it easy to locate and manage your assets.

File Details & Management

Click the Info option on any file to view additional details, such as:

• File source
• File type
• Performance details (e.g., estimated download or stream times)

You may also delete files directly from the library if they are no longer needed.
