Page Action Buttons

Manage Page Actions

Overview

After creating and publishing a page, you can manage it using the available Page Actions.

These options allow you to:

  • Set page defaults
  • Assign regions
  • Edit translations
  • Add conditions and scheduling
  • Unpublish or delete pages

Access Page Actions

  1. Go to Mobile Menu
  2. Select Pages
  3. Locate your published page
  4. Use the available action buttons

Page Settings

Set as Default Page

Within Settings, you can:

  • Set the page as the Default Home Page
  • Set the page as the Default Welcome Page

Assign to Specific Regions

If your app supports multiple regions:

  • Allocate pages to specific markets (e.g., U.S. vs. U.K.)
  • Create region-specific versions of your Home page
  • Ensure each version connects to the correct product catalog
⚠️

Important: If creating multiple regional versions of the same page (like Home pages), the slug must be identical across versions.

The slug is visible in the Slug column of the Pages list.

Edit Page

Click Edit to return to the drag-and-drop editor and make layout or content changes.

Manage Translations

If your app supports multiple languages:

  1. Click Translations
  2. Select a language from the left panel
  3. Review page content in that language

You can override any translation if needed.

Languages are managed under:

  • Mobile Menu → Languages

Set Conditions and Scheduling

The Conditions option allows you to control when and for whom content appears.

Schedule Blocks

Use scheduling to:

  • Run limited-time promotions
  • Automatically show/hide blocks during specific dates
  • Avoid manually removing content after a sale ends

Apply Visibility Rules

You can apply conditional rules to blocks based on:

User-Based Rules

  • Name
  • Email
  • Company

Authentication Rules

  • Show only to logged-in users
  • Show only to logged-out users
💡

Great for personalized experiences using first-name fields when users are logged in.

API-Based Rules

Display content dynamically based on external data.

Example:

  • Show a weather widget only to users in a specific location (e.g., Manchester).

Unpublish a Page

Click Unpublish to remove the page from the live app.

⚠️

Before unpublishing, check that no other pages are linking to it to avoid broken navigation.

Delete a Page

Click Delete to permanently remove the page.

This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, the page cannot be recovered.

Best Practices

  • Use regional pages with matching slugs.
  • Test conditional blocks carefully.
  • Use scheduling for time-sensitive promotions.
  • Double-check links before unpublishing.
  • Only delete pages when you are certain they are no longer needed.

You now have full control over managing and customizing your published pages.
