Creating a Post

Create Community Posts

Overview

Once you've created a Community admin user, you can begin publishing posts on behalf of your brand.

When your brand publishes a post:

  • App users receive a push notification
  • The content becomes visible inside the Community feed

Create a New Post

1. Access Posts

  1. Go to Community Menu
  2. Select Posts

2. Choose a Post Type

You can select from four post formats:

  • Text Post
  • Photo Post
  • Video Post
  • Poll

3. Add Media (If Applicable)

For photo or video posts, you can:

  • Upload from your existing media library
  • Upload new images or videos
  • Use a media URL

Uploading directly is recommended over URLs to prevent broken links.


4. Select Posting User

Choose which user is publishing the post:

  • Brand Admin
  • Any AI or additional Community users you've created

The selected display name will appear on the post.


5. Choose Audience

You can publish the post to:

  • The entire Community
  • Specific groups within the Community

This allows for targeted communication.


6. Publish

Once you're satisfied:

  • Click Create Post

The post will go live immediately, and users will receive a push notification.

  • Use polls to increase engagement.
  • Keep posts concise and visually appealing.
  • Target specific groups when sharing niche content.
  • Use push notifications strategically to avoid overwhelming users.
  • Maintain consistent posting frequency.

Your Community is now ready to engage users with brand-driven content.
